Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust is an integrated organisation providing acute health care services including Torbay Hospital, community health services and adult social care.

Their Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS), based at Torbay Hospital, is available for anyone using a local NHS healthcare service who has been unable to resolve a problem by speaking with the healthcare staff directly involved.

Their Feedback and Engagement Team also deals with complaints relating to local Adult Social Care Services.

How to get in touch with them online

Step 1

Open your web browser and type www.torbayandsouthdevon.nhs.uk/contact-us/contact-form/ into the address bar at the top of the page, and click enter.

Step 2

This will take you to their secure online form.

Fill out the boxes with your details and in the subject box type either “For the PALS Team’ or ‘For the Feedback Team’, depending on the nature of your concern.

Step 3

When you are happy, then click the blue ‘send’ button at the bottom. The Trust will then be in touch with you to discuss your enquiry.
