We get a revamp – new features launched!
We’re delighted to inform you that this Digital Health Devon website, supported by the NHS in Devon, has relaunched with new features!
All our e-learning resource pages have now been made open and free to use without the need to register, plus we have added a unique search feature option which allows people to filter by location or by category.
The main categories of learning resources available are:

- Including online appointments, prescriptions and eConsult

- Including video consultations, e-referrals and live waiting times
- Mental Health Services
- Including COVID-19 advice and Depression & Anxiety support

- Including NHS Quicker, NHS 111 online and the NHS App

- Links to other helpful online healthcare resources such as Pinpoint and MyHealth Devon
- Providing Feedback
- Including how to complain about a local healthcare service online.

We also have fantastic volunteer Digital ‘trainers’ who donate their time to helping local people with their digital queries. This could be via regular weekly online ‘virtual drop in sessions’ using Zoom, social media or even 1-to-1 advice and guidance either over the phone, via email or webchat.
