Care Quality Commission (CQC)
Introduction
The CQC are a national organisation that monitor hospitals, care homes, dental and GP surgeries, and all other care service for safe, effective, compassionate and high-quality care.
You can raise care concerns with them and also find out about the quality of services and care of these providers.
How to share your feedback with them online
Step 1
Open your web browser and type www.cqc.org.uk/share-your-experience-finder into the address bar at the top of the page, and click enter.
Step 2
This takes you to their CQC ‘Share your Experience’ section of their website. Click on the drop down box to choose which type of service you want to leave feedback about (e.g. Care homes), then type in the location of the service under the next question and the name of the service under the next. Click on the purple ‘Next step’ button.
Step 3
This will take you to their secure online form. Fill out the boxes with your details then click the grey ‘Continue’ button at the bottom.
Step 4
The CQC team will be able to see your feedback and may then be in touch with you to discuss your enquiry.
