How to use Attend Anywhere – Torbay

For this tutorial we are using the Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust Website, other local health trusts will have the same sign up section but not the same layout.

Step 1:

Open Google Chrome (Windows) or Safari (Mac), Then go to the Torbay & South Devon NHS Website

Step 2:

When the Torbay and South Devon NHS website has been opened it should look like this:

Next, click on the our services button on the navigation bar:

Step 3:

Then Scroll down to the bottom of the page till you see “Video Consultations”, then click on the button which is shown below:

It should look like this once it has been clicked:

Once on this page, scroll down till find what you will need a consultation for and select it:

Once Selected you should be presented with this pop up:

First it will Test Your Internet Speed, Speakers, Microphone and Camera.

Step 6

After the Tests are finished, it will ask for some details about you, so they can identify who you are. Click each box to type in your details.

Then Press Continue then you will be in the queue to talk to the Doctor or health professional.
