Signing in to Patient Access

The video above and the steps below show you how to sign in to use Patient Access via www.patientaccess.com. You need to be registered to use Patient Access with your GP first before you can use it.
Step by step guide to logging in
1. Type www.patientaccess.com into the browser at the top of the page, press enter, and sign in using the Sign In form.
2. Type the User ID you obtained from your GP Practice into the User ID box on the right, and the password you created into the password box, then click the Sign in button.
3. Once you have clicked the Sign in box, you should see a screen similar to the one below.
