How to set up up online banking

Most banks offer you the chance to sign up to their online banking service as it is the most convenient way to access your accounts, pay Direct Debits, set up Standing Orders and transfer money.

Each bank will have their own particular way of registering you for their online banking service.

Natwest, for example, also offer a free and personal service called ‘Digital Lessons’ for anyone unsure how to use Online Banking.

It lets you speak to a Community Banker who will help you learn how to bank from home and is available to every NatWest customer.
